KOSI offers Administrative Maintenance Agreements providing responsive service, preventative maintenance and software support services. For a fixed monthly fee, all professional service times are provided to keep clients network system(s) up and operational.
Our clients receive a comprehensive service and support plan, which provides businesses with the best of bread technical knowledge and expertise, insurance and peace of mind, when their organizations cannot afford network system(s) downtime.
Standard service and support hours extend from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday.
Customized service and support hours - (evenings and weekends) are also available upon arrangement.
